Important Notices

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: There is a mandatory pre-bid conference for this project on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 10:00am. The location is 16 Jeanette Prandi Way, San Rafael, CA, 94903.

Mandatory Background Check: All attendees are required to submit a clear image of a driver's license of each attending individual to paul.swallow@marincounty.gov by August 8, 2025 in order to have clearance to enter the jail facility for the pre-bid site visit.​

Pre-Bid Questions: Any questions regarding the bid should be submitted via BidExpress no later than 4:00pm on Friday, August 29, 2025.

Bid Submission: County of Marin will accept electronic bid submissions through BidExpress on or before September 9, 2025 at 2:00pm.
