MHA is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive electrification upgrades at four multifamily properties in Marin County: Casa Nova, Venetia Oaks, Golden Hinde, and Homestead Terrace. The objective is to transition these buildings from fossil fuel-based systems to all-electric systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
