As both a licensed broker and builder, Lindsay Moon, (DRE #02087248, NMLS #1918146) brings great home & construction knowledge to the Searchlight Team. She works double-time combining her efforts as a residential & commercial broker with Searchlight and as a builder with Green Galaxy Builders.

As an independent broker, Lindsay works with many different lenders and does residential, commercial, construction, private money, and SBA loans, among others. She’s especially fond of working to expand the construction horizon – she firmly believes there’s a better way to build faster, cheaper and greener with new prefab building methods. As a powerhouse of experience, she invites you to reach out to learn more. She enjoys helping people and businesses grow.

Lately she’s been spending a lot of time mapping out the ADU market – how to streamline the process, how to provide the best and accessible financing options, how to build better. She also serves on various affordable housing coalitions and advises ADU start-ups here in the Bay Area.

Originally from Toronto, Canada; university in NY, Lindsay lives in Novato, CA with her husband, two kids, and assorted animals. They keep busy gardening, adventuring, and being on the water when they can.
