Located in Northern California's Wine Country, midway between San Francisco and Sacramento, Global Gray Matter is a hands-on problem solving firm that has been generating valuable growth results for the owners of Bay Area businesses for more than 14 years.

We are committed to the real world practice of ''Getting Stuff Done'' that is required to build value and grow businesses to where they can reliably withstand market slowdowns and also respond quickly to regional opportunities.

Owners have big ideas, and know the general direction to grow their business in, but often their current team hasn’t done it before, doesn’t know how to do it, or they don’t have the time and bandwidth to tackle it all on top of everything else.

We might start with a special project that Owners want to get off the ground, and from there, we’ll work with the Owners to prioritize and implement the next steps needed to drive further growth. We work ON your business for you while you still need to be working IN your business!
