We provide professional painting services for both residential and commercial projects in Marin, Napa, and Sonoma counties. With 5 generations of experience and a staff of 30+ professional painters, we will ensure that your next project gets done right.

Our Heritage

Since 1901, the Kunst legacy has been built upon a foundation of trust, honesty, and loyalty, principles instilled by our great grandfather. Our early years were spent in the paint manufacturing and retail business. Kunst Bros Paints consisted of a large factory in downtown San Francisco and seven stores throughout California. Unfortunately, in 1949 the main factory burned down. When Bob Kunst returned from the war, he and his two brothers shifted to paint contracting. Today, we continue this tradition by assembling a team of expert craftsmen who embody our commitment to quality and integrity in every project.
