Founded in San Carlos, California in 1946 by William Kelly and William Moore, Kelly-Moore Paint company has been a staple in the paint industry. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Texas, more than 150 retail stores, Kelly-Moore’s 1,200+ employees are located across California, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Kelly-Moore Paints, a Flacks Group Company, produces and sells some of the most technologically advanced paint products and sets the industry standard for new product development and quality control.
