Cal-Pox, Inc. is a Marin based family owned real estate development company that has been a member of the Marin Builders Association since 1967. The company has its origins in San Quentin Disposal, the city's former landfill and one of Cal-Pox founder Martin Bramante's first acquisitions. Martin acquired the disposal site in 1967 and operated the landfill for twenty years, closing it in 1987 to develop Shoreline Center.
