Painters Wanted

We are currently looking for experienced Journeymen and Foremen (minimum 5 years experience).

Apprentices are also welcome to apply.

We are a high-end painting company looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. We are seeking journeyman painters, cabinet finishers, and apprentices who have a passion for the trade and a commitment to quality workmanship. Apprentices should be eager to learn new skills and be committed to a long-term career and training program.

We provide year-round work, good pay, and benefits. We have long-term relationships with contractors, designers and architects who provide us with a steady flow of work all year long.
We are primarily a high-end residential painting company (interior and exterior), and also have a few commercial projects each year.

We work in the following areas: San Francisco, East Bay, Peninsula, Marin, Napa, Sonoma.

Our headquarters is in San Rafael where we have our offices, store equipment and our spray shop.

Journeyman painter:

Our ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional painter. They must have knowledge of different kinds of surface preparation, various application techniques, with an emphasis on communication and customer service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Shop worker/apprentice:

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Reliable vehicle in good condition.
• Smart phone for time time tracking.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
