At Design Set Match (DSM), our Design Assistant is the cornerstone of operational success. We're seeking an organized, innovative thinker with exceptional emotional intelligence who can grow with our company and advance to a Junior Designer position within two years.

THE OPPORTUNITY (15-30 hours/week part-time to start; 30-40 hours/week full-time future)

As our Design Assistant, you'll partner directly with Senior and Principal Designers to execute critical project functions while developing valuable industry skills that will form the foundation of your design career at DSM. You will assist in meeting with clients, vendors, and other professionals in our remodeling projects. You will help create the high-quality, award-winning designs we are known for.
