Estimating and bidding on a public works project can be intimidating due to a lack of clarity about the risks involved in the process. Numerous issues can and will impact your ultimate project costs that need consideration and evaluation. Issues relating to weather, schedule, budget, owner, project location, subcontractors, suppliers, strikes, ‘acts of god’, etc. are just some of the issues that should be assessed during the bid preparation.
In this webinar, we will provide an overview of the different risk factors a contractor should assess when preparing their bid, to make you more prepared in the public works marketplace.
