Have you heard of Calsavers? California Mandates a Retirement Plan
DID YOU KNOW . . . . .
All companies in California with over 5 employees are required to establish a workplace retirement plan.
CalSavers is the new retirement savings program offered by the State of CA. Employers who have a traditional qualified plan, by definition, have satisfied the state’s mandate. For those employees who do not wish to implement a tradition qualified plan, the state is offering an alternative called CalSaver. However, if you don’t currently have a plan in place, we believe there are other options that may have greater flexibility and appeal and would like to share those with you during our zoom call on November 17th at 4:30pm
