We May Have Your Next EmployeeSeptember 04, 2020The Marin Builders Association is actively helping to build a construction workforce pipeline through our collaborative efforts with North Bay Construction Corps, Marin County Office of Education, Mario Ghilotti Family Foundation, the Education to Career (e2c) cohort coordinated by Canal Alliance and College of Marin, and also in our community partnership with Marin City CDC.
As a benefit of membership with the Marin Builders Association, members now have access to review the packet of 12+ resumes of the recent summer 2020 program graduates from three different construction education programs. To assist in your candidate screening, we have added their program certificate, their desired position, and hourly wage target to their resume.
These candidates have varying amounts of industry experience, a certificate in construction, some have first aid and CPR training, a knowledge of construction math and experience with small and large construction site protocols around COVID-19. The candidates' experience and interest range from handyman to carpenter and laborer. Their salary expectations range from $17 to $31 per hour.
If you are interested in having us send you this packet of resumes for your review please email Caran Cuneo, our workforce development coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. She will then forward you the set of resumes and assist in coordinating possible connections with these latest graduates.
