The Novato Customer Satisfaction Assessment analyzes different aspects of the customer experience. The result will be a report presented to the City that will include data from customer surveys and feedback from focus groups and one-on-one interviews. The report will include customer service improvement recommendations as well as a collection of best practices from comparable municipalities.
