Mill Valley School District Request For Qualifications And Proposals for Architect/Engineer

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Valley School District (“District”) is seeking
responses to its Request for Qualifications and Proposals (“RFQ/RFP”) for Architect/Engineer.

2. As a result of the solicitation, the District intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants
and contract with respondent firms for its upcoming Measure G Bond Program projects and
for future District projects, if desirable.

3. The RFQ/RFP is available on the District website at https://www.mvschools.org/Page/8621.
Responses to the RFQ/RFP must be submitted in the manner prescribed therein.

4. Please contact Mill Valley School District – Communications at
communications@mvschools.org with any questions regarding the RFP.

5. Responses must be delivered to the Mill Valley School District no later than 2:00 p.m. on
Monday, April 17, 2023.
6. Mill Valley School District reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any
informality, technical defect, or clerical error in any response, as the interest of the District
may require.
