The Marin Builders Association is actively coordinating programs to help build a construction workforce pipeline here in Marin through our collaborative efforts with our community partners. We have access to a new group of candidates you might want to interview/hire.

Recently, we received new graduate resumes from the North Bay Construction Corps – Marin Class (NBCC) and Education to Career Construction Academy (e2c).   Over a dozen candidates are now ready for you to access. The candidates have varying amounts of industry experience, a certificate in construction, and many have OSHA 10 and First Aid certifications.

The candidates' experience and interest range from laborer to foreman.  Their salary expectations range from $24.00 to $50.00  per hour.

Marin Builders Association members have access to review this packet of resumes of the program graduates. To assist in your candidate screening, we list their program certificate(s), their desired position,  and hourly wage requirement at the top of their resumes.  Most candidates are available for immediate interviews and direct hires.  However, the few exceptions will have that notation on their resume.

If you would like to review this packet of resumes, please email Caran Cuneo, Workforce Development Coordinator at education@marinbuilders.com.

Caran will then forward you the set of resumes and assist in coordinating possible connections with these latest graduates.

If you are looking to hire at higher level positions, there are fellow member firms that might be able to help you find skilled labor on our website at https://www.marinbuilders.com/list/category/skilled-labor-122
