The successful candidate will have a history of successful outside sales experience. Building new client relationships, maintain excellent customer service, and surpass quotas. Compensation structure includes a base salary plus liberal commission structure.
Essential Qualifications and Duties:
- Generate sales by calling existing former clients and prospecting for new clients
- Experience in the solar /electric industry is highly desirable
- Ability to create, maintain and execute a successful sales plan
- Provide research and recommendations to develop new markets
- Verifiable successful inside/telemarketing commissioned sales experience
- Ability to initiate and control sales processes with new clients
- Experience selling to or contacts with contractors, manufactures, farming etc. is highly desired
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suites Programs
- Team player that works well with others and the ability to learn and grow
- Project a positive presence in the selling process and negotiations to maximize revenues and gross margins
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Proven sales ability to hit goals and expectations
- Strong follow up skills
- High School Diploma
