• Project Coordinator (Pre-Launch Startup)

    Job Description
    Atomic (parent company of Habitat) is seeking a customer success hire for a stealth startup in the real estate space. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and hands-on team player to work with the Atomic team to grow a new startup. 

    Role Overview:

    We’re currently seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to oversee all major touchpoints with our customers. You will work collaboratively across sales, product and operations, and regularly engage with customers. You will have the opportunity to deliver long-term impact by structuring our internal playbooks, working directly with our executive team, and shaping our team culture. This is a career path role with potential for rapid promotion.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with people via phone, email and video-conferencing to articulate ideas and gain their trust, and have experience drafting clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail.

    • Team-player with a strong desire to help reinforce and improve internal processes.

    • Receptive to feedback, with the willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement.
    • Bachelor's Degree with 1-3+ years of experience in a customer or partner facing role.
    • Background in real estate, construction, architecture or interior design is a bonus!
    What You'll Do:
    • Coordinate, manage and consult with customers on the interior and exterior design of residential home projects.
    • Plan and manage project goals and schedules in order to keep the workflow on track.
    • Provide high-touch service to early customers. 
    • Ensure exceptional client service for a growing multi-million dollar project portfolio.
    • Help establish processes, reporting and best practices for an entire division.
