Job title: Project Foreman
Project Foreman for Custom High-End Homes, Remodels, and Renovations.
 
We are a Marin-based General Contractor who specializes in Custom High-End Homes, New Custom Homes, Remodels, and Renovations. Our focus is on the small details and making sure our projects exceed our client’s expectations. We also focus on sustainable practices and net zero building. We are based in San Rafael and work primarily in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa.

Job hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. Saturday work is offered and/or may be required at times.
 
Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
• Preferably live in Marin, Napa or Sonoma County.
• Be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
• Knows all trades and does not cut corners. Honest and wants the best outcome for the project and the homeowner.
• Competently and accurately read and interpret blueprints, and specifications, produce take-offs, and finish bids in a specific time frame.
• Skilled in carpentry work and finishing work.
• Ability and confidence to run a job site on your own. Must know all trade work/skills.
• A clear understanding of all phases of High-End Custom Residential Home Building and Remodeling.
• Clearly communicate in a professional manner with Owners, Architects, Designers, and Building Officials regarding changes, scheduling, and permits and anticipate any foreseeable/potential problems.
• Keep on top of Sub-Contractors to keep schedules on track.
• Present themselves in a professional manner.
• Must be able to understand English clearly and converse in English.

 
Compensation: $38- $44 (depending on experience and skill set level)
