Skilled Foreman

Foreman for Custom High-End Homes, Remodels and Renovations.

We are a Marin based General Contractor who specializes in Custom High-End Homes, New Custom Homes, Remodels and Renovations. We are based in San Rafael and service Marin County, Napa County, and Sonoma County. We work at a fast paced and focus highly on the small details to create quality, pristine work. 

Job hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
(Additional weekend work and overtime hours may be approved for work if necessary).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years+ of experience in the construction industry.
• Preferably live in the North Bay area.
• Be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Competently and accurately read and interpret blueprints, specifications, product take-offs, and help with project bidding if necessary.
• A clear understanding of all phases of the High-End Custom Residential Home Building and Remodeling scopes of work.
• Clearly communicate in a professional manner with Owners, Architects, Designers, and - Building Officials regarding changes, scheduling, permits and anticipate any foreseeable/potential problems.
• Work with Sub-Contractors to keep schedules and meet desired timeline. Communicate anything that is outside the approved scope of work to create the best outcome.
• Navigate and be proficient in some Microsoft products and communicate through Slack.
• Present themselves in a professional manner.

Compensation: $35- $40 (depending on skill level and previous work history)

This Job Is:
