Project Manager (San Rafael)
Manage large-scale projects on Custom High-End Homes, Remodels, and Renovations.
 
We are a Marin-based General Contractor who specializes in Custom High-End Homes, New Custom Homes, Remodels and Renovations.
 
Job hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
 
Requirements:

• Will be expected to work both out in the field on job sites as well as in our office location.
• Meet with the field crew/team for the duration of the project to ensure organization and structure during the daily workload.
• Manage scheduling for the job sites, including communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Preferably live in Marin, Sonoma County
• Be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
• Competently and accurately read and interpret blueprints, and specifications, produce take-offs and finish bids in a specific time frame.
• Understanding of all phases of High-End Custom Residential Home Building and Remodeling.
• Communicate professionally with Owners, Architects, Designers, and Building Officials regarding changes, scheduling, permits and anticipate any foreseeable/potential problems.\
• Ensure project is running according to schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel.
• Present themselves in a professional manner.

 
Compensation: Salary Position – determined by the level of experience.
