REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years of roofing estimation/sales and or construction estimation experience
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Hard working with great attitude
- The ability to setup and climb ladders to survey, inspect & accurately measure roofs
- Knowledge of industry standards/practices and the ability to write detailed proposal documents
- The ability to perform project takeoffs/cost estimated and develop scope of work
- Adhere to OSHA and Safe Work Place practices
- Valid California Driver's License, drug-free and reliable transportation to company yard in San Rafael
- Must be able to read, write & speak English clearly (If you are also Spanish speaking this is a +)
