    Interact with clients, sales team, designers, subcontractors and admin team.

    Coordinate completion of necessary documentation in an orderly manner.

    Track key project milestones and update CRM.

    Ensure that project progress and issues are documented according to established company procedures.

    Communicate all issues that need immediate resolution to management in timely manner.

    Expedite tasks to meet deadlines.

    Provide exceptional customer service.

    Deliver information with diplomacy and tact.


    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Successful time management and follow-up skills required.

    High level of organization and professionalism.

    Ability to prioritize and multitask.

    Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and through stressful situations.

    Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.

    Desire to learn new skills and programs.
