    The Office Support Coordinator works directly with client serving teams in Novato as well as with a regional/national team of Internal Operations professionals.

    As an Office Support Coordinator within our Internal Operations Team, you will perform the following:

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Make excellent first, second, and third impressions with our clients by being friendly, helpful, and responsive when they call or visit the office
    • Assemble, deliver, and e-file tax returns
    • Prepare engagement agreements for clients
    • Prepare and e-file tax extensions
    • Prepare and deliver tax organizers to clients
    • Proactively manage database and workflow systems to ensure accurate maintenance of client data
    • Set up new clients in multiple software systems
    • Respond to client needs on behalf of tax teams as needed to assist in time and workflow management
    • Participate in local, regional, and firmwide teams to serve our clients
    • Provide general office support by covering the front desk and maintaining the breakroom/supply room during breaks/vacation
    Qualities/Skills:
    • Must be comfortable working with computers/technology to complete assigned work, able to learn new software
    • Proficient to Strong with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent client service skills
    • Must maintain client confidentiality
    • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
    • Thrive in a deadline-driven environment
    • Able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
    • Self-motivated
    • Enjoys the challenge of identifying and finding solutions
    • Office management, a plus
    Education and Experience preferred or required:
    • 3 or more years of related experience
    • High school degree or high school equivalency. Associate or Bachelor's degree, a plus
    • Professional services industry experience, a plus
    • Travel expected less than 10%
    • Reliable transportation required
