    ABOUT THE COMPANY:
    Buchholz Landscaping Company, is a small firm located in Novato California.  A Landscape Construction Company that builds high quality outdoor spaces.  

    ABOUT THE POSITION:
    We are looking for a Part-Time (to Full-Time) responsible and motivated Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The main duty of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the owner while assisting in developing systems and procedures.

    SKILLS NEEDED:
    • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
    • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency and develop systems
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with prospects, clients, vendors, and team members
    • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manne
    • Ability to manage field schedule for both service calls and longer-term projects
    SAMPLE TASKS:
    • Data entry into QuickBooks
    • Reviewing Time Sheets and updating appropriate spreadsheet
    • Timely invoicing and collections follow up
    • Customer service calls and coordination with team
    • Paying of bills according to approved cash flow report
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s degree a plus
    • Construction experience a plus
    • QuickBooks knowledge a plus
    • Fluency in Spanish a plus
    • Transportation and valid driver’s license
