We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Greet visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, memos, reports.
- Assist with projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in an office setting.
- Experience in plumbing.
