    Job Description
    Monster Tree Service is an established and successful full-service company that is growing nationally and in your area.  Our location in Novato has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.  If you are motivated, career oriented and dedicated to a higher standard of tree care, then we would like to meet you! This is a full-time, work from home position. 

    Administrative Assistant job description: 
    -Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) with a strong sense of customer service
    - Schedule sales arborist estimates, providing all necessary information 
    -Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
    -Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
    -Run weekly production and financial reports. Experience with Quickbooks Online, custom reporting preferred. 
    -Regularly update and grow company’s social media pages. Review monthly marketing performance and make recommendations.
    - Coordinate and align with Sales & Operations manager and schedule production crew work
    -Coordinate with the Crew Chief and Sales Arborist prior to performing work.

    Additional Qualifications required:
    -Prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant in an efficient manner.
    -A clean/valid Driver’s License.
    -Excellent communication and on the job skills. 
    -Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
    -Quickbooks online, Outlook and Google Calendar skills preferred.
