This meeting will feature member, LaToya Thompson who will be presenting on the topic "Bringing Our Whole Selves to Work: Ways Employers Can Create a Diverse and Inclusive Environment".  LaToya's expertise is in Business Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Analysis for Women in Construction.

There will a Q&A and break-out sessions as part of this meeting.

The mission of this group is to help build our networks, address issues in our industry from the female perspective and ultimately build our strength as a community of women within construction in the North Bay. 

Each meeting will feature a member presentation, three mini-member marketing presentations, or a topic discussion as set by the group.  As always, there will be networking and opportunities to connect both before and after.
