ARCPoint Labs of San Rafael Presents a Free Training for Members of the Marin Builders Association: Identifying & Responding to Workplace Drug & Alcohol Impairment
Upon completion of this 2-hour training, participants will be able to:
- Recite the “four rules” for responding to suspected worker substance impairment
- Discuss “barriers to reporting” and the three components of “reasonable suspicion”
- Describe the physical, behavioral, odor, and performance indicators of substance impairment
- Demonstrate a constructive, non-confrontational conversation with a worker suspected of substance impairment
- Marin Builders Members Association: No cost to attend for up to 10 attendees per member company.
