2023 Winter Education and Training - Home Improvement Contract Workshop

Stay informed and be prepared. As part of its 2023 Winter/Spring Education and Training Series, the Marin Builders Association (MBA) presents Daniel F. McLennon, a 35+ year construction lawyer, who will conduct a Home Improvement Contract Workshop. Participants will receive a well-crafted, fair, master subcontract form that complies with California law.

This three hour workshop will provide an understanding of key contract clauses, how they work, and how to negotiate changes, if necessary. Registration is limited to ten spots per workshop to ensure participants' questions may be answered.
